Price
We are not the cheapest web design company in Thailand but we do
offer all our clients a professional service at fair and affordable
prices. If you are quoted a fixed price for a particular job, then
we will stick to that price. Unless the scope of work is changed
dramatically by a client, there is never any concern for surprise
jumps in fees or hidden extra costs.
Creative Process
To understand all the peculiarities of the creative process is sometimes
difficult for the layperson, as much depends on inspiration. That
said, we are certainly not prima donnas, so welcome input and suggestions
at all stages of development - after all it is '"your"

Terms
Unless a client specifically requests otherwise, we are not rigid
or formal about exact completion dates. Nevertheless, when a client
signs an agreement for us to undertake their website development,
they are given an approximate date of when the project is likely
to be completed. Our experience has shown that in most cases we
can deliver the finished job well within the timeframe stated. Only
under extraordinary circumstances might a project exceed its completion
date.
Testing
We test your website until you are completely satisfied with the
result and we cover it with our *12
